8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (8)
"The restaurant in the hotel had to be precooked for breakfast and dinner and only served Japanese food. Very little English spoken"
Resort Hotel Mihagi
Hagihonjin
3.0 star property
8.8 out of 10, Excellent, (20)
"The staff and the bathing facilities were outstanding. My only problem was that I booked a Japanese style with city view and got a tiny western room with no view, opaque window no view. Language barrier didn’t allow me to sort it out. This may have an Expedia problem or misunderstanding at the time of booking who knows. This did spoil the stay a little, however everything else was excellent"

Minsyuku Satoyama
2.5 star property
7.6 out of 10, Good, (35)
"This is a good place to stay if you want a peaceful, cheap room for the night but are not worried about elegance. The building is older, which is a cute aesthetic, but the main spaces are poorly lit and not cleaned thoroughly, stuff is stored everywhere as if the house were abandoned, and the restaurant service is not available. However, it was very quiet and peaceful. Everything smells faintly of cigarette smoke, probably from the other guests. While we were there, two toilets were out of...
