Later they corrected themselves. Reception cannot be reached by phone. If you let it ring they pick up the phone, hang up on you, and put the phone on busy, so that you cannot call them back. Took 2 hours to check-in for three families and even after 2 hours they could not clean the room so shifted in different room temporarily and when we came back to this room after one hour, we could not find our speaker 2.
