"The family and staff took great care of us on our visit. They were very helpful with directions and arranging our pick up and drop off even with last minute flight changes. We loved the breakfast every morning. The property is 1 block from the hectic street with people and motorbikes but it is so quiet there. Less than a 10 minute walk to Jamaa el-fna and the palace. "Beware: We booked a double room which clearly says air conditioning in the description but when we entered the room there was no air conditioning. When we asked the staff, they just gave us another room. If there was no availability we could have been stuck in a room that has no air conditioning. "Met at the airport and driven to a tiny entrance door in the wall of a maze! Once inside the cool reception area a few formalities were covered, and I was shown to my room.
