I have stayed here a couple of times before and had a great room but this time we were given a dog box,very small and no windows I doubt I will ever stay here again

I am sorry I could not rate it better, would be higher if: windows, curtains and air conditioner were cleaned, carpet steam cleaned to get rid of stains, kettle cleaned out to get rid of brown/black residue - boil some white vinegar with water in kettle and rinse. Suggest get brown linen if can't whiten sheets and towels. Fan makes clacking noise or maybe the air conditioner. Very hot in hallways and bedroom when arrived.
