The hotel has been renovated and is a very good value for the price of the rooms. The renovation was well done. Also, the breakfast was very good The location is good for a quick drive to downtown. You could walk it but it would probably take 30-40 minutes.

I travel a lot and this hotel was the worst place I’ve ever stayed at. The front desk lady was extremely rude. One day I get back to the hotel ready to relax and all the linens had been stripped from the bed and it was hours before they replaced them. The next day I told them I didn’t need service and they barged in my room after telling them I didn’t need service and asked that I leave the room. Felt very uncomfortable at this hotel.

For the price the room was fine. We only stayed 2 night and arrived fairly late. Check in was easy and staff were friendly and quick. The room was clean and nice with solid floors, nice large bathroom etc. The bed mattress was a little lumpy and you sink in the middle. Bathroom Door was difficult to close. Otherwise fine. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t have time.

Not the nicest looking hotel on first sight. Staff was friendly. Breakfast plentiful. Room clean, but smelled damp and chemical upon entering, but tolerable. All in all, not the best, but a GREAT price that was worth it!

Modern Container Construction... beautiful Greenville wooded view... very clean and modern interior... lovely hot breakfast... Boutique Style affordability... and the $100 Security Deposit was a shock, however, I can see how it will keep this unique specialty property clean and special over time. Not necessarily a Sports Bar patron however, there's one with great food an inviting staff, and lots of warm neighbors across the road. Easy walk to Main Street for excellent restaurant choices, General Store shopping, and the famous Falls.

Me and my husband stayed the night here for our anniversary and it was amazing! Very clean and nice! Got late checkout at 12 and they were very nice about it! Breakfast was a good selection as well! Easy check in. There is a 100$ deposit that gets refunded back to you. Incase anyone isn't aware of that but it was a easy stay!

No pleased, stopped here because I didn’t know the area but the hotel smelled awkward. I woke up throughout the night due to the thinness of the facility. Also woke up to bed bug bites and couldn’t take food back to my room which was fine the food looked not edible.

For the price it is much nicer than expected. Nice decor inside and out. Good breakfast as well. Only complaint is the water takes a while to heat up.

Mattress was. Terrible.The breakfast was not available on Monday and very limited on Tuesday and Wednesday, on Thursday the scrambled eggs were sitting in water. The staff was missing and the maid service was poor. They were in the room spying every day but didn't make the bed or refresh the linens.

Worth the price.
Loved the aesthetic. Very comfortable and well decorated. There is some wear and tear. Nothing a coat of paint and a little tlc can't fix. Overall a nice stay with friendly staff.

I didn’t like finding needles on the ground by my car. I didn’t like the clientele. The staff were rude. The breakfast was horrible. I did not feel safe there. The carpet was so stained. I left and still waiting for a refund. Multiple homeless people living there. Do NOT stay here

Awesome getaway
Great place to stay. We did a weekend trip and they were accommodating to us. We needed parking for a truck and trailer and we had our service animal with us and they helped fulfill our needs. Thank you!

If you are traveling with a pet, I would NOT recommend staying here. I travel often with my dog, and I have never encountered a hotel with the level of restrictions that this one has. Although pets are allowed in some rooms, and the fee is relatively reasonable, they are VERY strict about not allowing you to leave your animal in the room when you aren't there, even if the animal is crated. You can't even leave your pet in the room while you walk down to breakfast in the morning. (Oh, and the free breakfast will cost you $10 if you try to take it back to your room.) They really shouldn't advertise being pet friendly when they are actually quite unfriendly to pets and their owners. If you are not traveling with any pets, then this is a clean and comfortable place for a reasonable price. The staff, however, is NOT AT ALL welcoming, and when I checked in they were far more interested in ensuring that I followed all of their rules than in making me feel at home. All in all, I won't plan on returning.
