Our pool chemicals are monitored on a daily basis and we keep the pH and chlorine levels within the health department guidelines. The pool towels are kept at the front desk and are provided to guests as needed so that we are better able to manage the supply of pool towels. We are sorry to hear about the flooring in the room and will have our maintenance staff address any problems there may be in that room. Our drapes are decorative and do not close but there are blackout curtains behind the sheers that do close and darken the room. We sincerely appreciate your business.

Dear Andrew:Thanks so much for telling us about your unusual check in experience at our hotel. After having reviewed the video of your check in we see that you had a prepaid reservation, as stated, but the hotel policy requires a deposit, either cash or card, for incidentals. You were leaving at 5:00 a.m. which is before the time that cash deposits can be returned and our desk clerk was struggling with what to do about collecting the deposit. She did inappropriately ask for a tip, which is against policy and we will address that with her. We sincerely appreciate your business and hope you will consider staying with us again.
