I love this historic hotel! Its so awesome that it was featured on the TV show, Hoarders, and i watched it transform to the showplace it is today. Beautiful neighborhood, great walking opportunities! I loved every minute of my stay!!

This property is beautifully restored. The owners are kind and informative. The area is clean, the beds are comfortable, and the common areas have a great deal of character. The complementary breakfast and snacks were a nice touch, too. The property is walking distance (10-15 minutes or so) from much of the downtown area.

A Magnificent Home
My stay was magical. I had the entire house to myself by happenstance and thoroughly enjoyed my alone time in such magnificent surroundings. Michael and Eric have created a very homey place that is perfect for relaxing, exploring and celebrating. I highly recommend anyone to stay here whenever they have the chance but to make sure they have enough time to really enjoy the space. It was one of my favorite places I've ever stayed.

The property is indeed lovely though the design style tends toward an upscale hotel lobby vibe. More homage to the Arts and Crafts/William Morris/Stickley tradition might have been better in keeping with the period of the home and more pleasing to old house enthusiasts. The windows are original and have beautifully restored original hardware but unfortunately this results in climate control issues on especially warm days in certain rooms. Cellophane wrapped breakfast items available 24/7. Bedding is all synthetic(Tencel).

Amazing, incredible property. Michael and Eric have worked magic restoring a grand old estate to its original (or better) grandeur. The landscaping only enhances the surroundings. Michael is the ultimate host.

Wonderful experience! I got this stay for my boyfriend’s Christmas gift. We went to a concert at Tanger, which was within walking distance. Micheal recommend a restaurant which we also walked to. The Dogwood Suite was the most luxurious place we’ve ever stayed! Beautiful home, couldn’t be happier! We’ll be back!

Such a beautiful property with care to every space. I got to experience the decor for the holiday season, with 10 trees inside and of course the outside decorated beautifully. Michael was wonderfully accommodating, even for my late arrival. I will definitely be making Julian Price House a frequent stay when I travel to Greensboro.

This past weekend, I visited my daughter who started college in Greensboro a few weeks ago and I'm SO pleased to have found the unparalleled Julian Price House. This inn is simply lovely- every comfort and detail is meticulously provided. Call Michael directly to discuss your trip and he will take perfect care of you from there! There are several room types/options (each one exquisitely appointed) and you'll be in walking distance to downtown Greensboro. I will only stay at the Julian Price House whenever I'm in Greensboro!!

Worth every penny
One-of-a-kind experience; absolutely beautiful home and well worth the splurge. It may cost twice as much as a "regular" hotel, but it's at least 10x as nice. What a gift for this home to be available to the public the way that it is. We can't wait to stay again.

This is such an amazing and unique property. You will be impressed! The shower in the Traveler’s room is small, so if that’s an issue for you book another room. It was fine for me and the room is beautiful. They all are though. I hope to go back soon!!

They canceled on us four and a half hours before check-in through an automated expedia email. We did not see the email until after arriving at the place and not being able to get the person who was obviously inside to answer or either phone number we had. We had just talked to someone and confirmed everything the day before our reservation. I understand things can happen, but this was not the way to go about canceling.

I wish they would allow you to give 10-stars here! This place is gorgeous online, and moreso in person. They have done an incredible job restoring every detail from the wood floors down to the beautiful window locks! The beds are to die for they are incredible comfortable, and will absorb you into a deep sleep. Thank you Michael and Eric for the excellent stay!
