After I made and paid for reservations on line for a pet friendly motel, when I arrived they told me there were no pet friendly rooms available.

Your feedback is very important to us, and we are saddened to hear that you did not have a good experience with us. We are indeed pet-friendly but we only have limited pet-friendly rooms available. The room that was booked was not a pet-friendly room unfortunately, and there were no notes on the reservation indicating a pet room was needed. We have our pet-friendly rooms labeled when booking online so our guests with pets are able to easily book the correct room to hopefully avoid the situation you encountered. We deeply apologize for the inconvenience this situation may have caused you, however, since we did not know a pet room was needed, we were unable to reserve one for you. Due to the inconvenience, the reservation was also refunded so you should receive your refund soon if you have not already. We appreciate the time you took to share your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the future. Thank you and have a great day.

The place is a bit run down but for the price with a kitchenette it was all good. Proper brick walls between rooms is nice. Can’t hear anything from the people next door. Can park right in front of your room.

Tried 3 different rooms and it all just smells like mold and musky we ended up cancelling and going to a different motel. If you are nose blind the kitchenette is nice to have.

I liked the Kuerig coffee machine & tea in the room. The bedding, while white and clean, was thin, and the room was COLD even though the heat was set to high, but not bad at all for the price. The lady at Reception, Christina from Croatia, was very friendly, efficient and she deserves a raise. Well done Team.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The state of the room felt outdated and worn. There were water stains on the mismatched ceiling tiles. There was dirt in the bedsheets. We killed a spider in a spiderweb between the wall and the floor, making us question whether the floor had been cleaned. There was a musty smell in the room.

Old and run down and overpriced. Exterior door doesn’t even close well. Light, air, and probably rodents can easily enter. We paid $130/nt here ( Expedia) and that’s ridiculous. I almost turned around and asked for my money back once I arrived and saw the property. This should be $60/nt or less. Very disappointed. Pics online are very deceiving. Breakfast includes a muffin, yogurt, an apple or orange and coffee. When you see properties cutting corners like this where it’s super obvious, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. Do they actually clean/change the sheets?

We can assure you that every room gets a fresh set of bedding and towels when the previous guest checks out and during stays longer than one night, towels are regularly changed out and sheet changes are kept track of so no room is missed. It was beside the strippers, was great locations. Was clean - smelt good and felt good. They were mid-renovations and ours was not yet! The staff was great, very friendly - overall okay.

Floor going into office area was like walking on a trampoline. Bathtub was very dirty, door not properly sealed, very run down rooms in a desperate need of an update. This is an $80 room not a $110!

Booked at 12am, got there and apparently couldn't check-in after 11pm. Disappointed I was even able to book this when they were closed for the night. Needed to urgently book somewhere else for the night.

Currently, our office is not open 24 hours, and as it states on Expedia our office hours are 7 am to 11 pm and we do not offer after-hours check-in.
