Gorizia visit
Wonderful stay & Andrea -both of them- were very helpful and caring. The food staff were pleasant a d efficient. Everyone was so positive and happy. I would be very happy to come back and stay here again.

Great service, not many facilities
My experience in this hotel was okay. Breakfast was okay although not a lot of variety. Unfortunately facilities were limited or not available e.g. no iron/ironing board, and the hair dryer was poor, but the service was fantastic and cleanliness was good. For the price I would recommend staying here.

Da unser gebuchtes Zimmer nicht verfügbar war haben wir ohne Probleme direkt eine Suite bekommen. Super freundliches Personal, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber sehr sauber.

La mia è stata un soggiorno di un paio di notti per un’escursione storica in montagna, senza pretesa alcuna. Il palazzo in cui ha sede l’hotel è assolutamente stupendo, le aree comuni e la mia stanza le ho trovate ordinate e pulite con il personale sicuramente presente e gentile. in linea con le mie attese per un hotel che si chiami “Grand hotel”. Ho trovato però due aspetti al di sotto delle mie aspettative: 1. La colazione al di sotto delle attese: troppi prodotti confezionati e una ridotta scelta di prodotti freschi. 2. WiFi: nella mia camera il download arrivava a 5mb/secondo (Ookla). Dopo la misurazione ho proseguito ad usare la connessione del mio cellulare che era 15 volte più veloce.

Quasi tutto perfetto, a parte la doccia piccola, per il resto solo piccoli dettagli e finiture. Manca una presa per la ricarica del cellulare (ma le predisposizioni ci sono, non si capisce perchè non ci mettano qualche presa). Davvero un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

Bel palazzo antico. Ottima la pulizia.Unico neo...la colazione, ma essendoci stata poco gente, forse era dovuto a quello. Cmq da ritornarci senza ombra di dubbii.
