Conveniently located but property is showing age. No repairs noticed staff indifferent. Towels some were new not threadbare.

Staff was very friendly. We didn't have to wait very long for the shuttle to come pick us up at the airport. Everything was very clean. For the free breakfast, the hot foods were not even warm

They had a busy night and got booked but since we had a reservation they quickly upgraded to a suite. We mentioned how our luggage never arrived and they quickly provided us with essential like toothbrushes, deodorants, and water. The restaurant had a variety of options and food was very delicious. Great staff, especially Liam who helped us directly.

The staff were beyond friendly and eager to help; however, it’s an old hotel which needs a lot of TLC - paint, clean carpets, new tubs/showers, etc. I would hesitate to stay here again.

The mattress in room 252 is shot. I think someone VERY heavy slept on one side, and there is a ditch in the mattress. Hard to sleep on it. Excellent shuttle service to the airport though.

This is a great hotel for travellers departing from Halifax and do not live close to the airport. It is not a luxury hotel (if that is what you are looking), but they offer excellent service for those flying out of Halifax; it is clean, beds are very comfortable, staff are friendly, excellent airport shuttle service, and free longterm parking for staying 1 night.

It is convenient to stay when my.flight comes late at night and the parking is my biggest reason for staying here. Smallest queen size bed I have ever seen. And it was strange to have the manager on duty tell me I had been upgraded to a room with 2 beds when I hadn't been. The room was very small but served the purpose
