Nice hotel and efficient staff. Our only complaint is the hot tub was broken and the jets did not work. Our room was clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

The staff were friendly and for the price it was great. The structure wasn't in the best shape. The closet had an old thermostat type device on the wall, the water pipe in the bathroom under the sink looked old and tarnished or that it hadn't been cleaned in awhile, the bathroom door had a hole in the back of it and wouldn't fully shut. But it looked like it was clean otherwise. Also, it was a little noisy from inside the room as it sat off the center atrium.

You get what you paid for. Hotel is close to riverwalk and to many restaurants/coffee shops/breweries (walking distance, take a bridge to cross the river)

Room service cleaned 1 time for the entire time I was there (6 days) the walls are paper thin. The beds are old and worn. The fridge in the room didn’t work. The phone in the room didn’t work. Stay away from this place. If you have to stay here pray that you don’t get a room by the elevator and ice machine cause you will be able to hear every thing. The front desk staff is friendly when you can find them. The parking situation is limited so if you get a spot before dark do not move because you won’t find a spot afterwards. I would stay away from this place.

Great location within walking distance to the springs, adventure park and restuarants. There's a free bus that takes you around town as well with a stop right outside of the hotel. Comfortable beds and decent breakfast options. My only complaint is super thin walls/doors. We could hear people talking.

The beds were soooo comfortable. The room was very clean. The shower head was the best. I need that for home. The staff was amazing and accommodating. The hotel was spotless. I will definitely come back when I visit next time. I was a happy camper.

Great location and very convenient. The floor in the bathroom had a lot of black hair and the carpets are very dirty. The staff is friendly and approachable and the breakfast is really nice. Plenty of parking available.

Check in was ok fast and polite costumer service, but the property itself was dirty needs some up dating and their parking situation needs attention if you get there in the evening you can't find anywhere to park! Also forget about getting any rest if you like sleeping late noise is horrible we had a dog barking in the room next to us all the time!!

The stay was pretty good over all. The only real issue I had was the house keeping. I requested it a couple times and they never showed. Also when calling the front desk for extra towels, it took about 2 hrs and 3 calls to the front. The pool is a lot small than the pictures show. The breakfast is basic and not a lot of options. It is in a pretty decent location.

The price for the room was great, it was very kid friendly, and we enjoyed the pool, and the convienience of the location and closeness to all that Glenwood springs has to offer. I found that the hotel room was not as clean as it should be, the bathroom had disgusting stains on the walls, and there was a leftover dirty towel hanging on the back of the door, there were gross stains on the pull out couch, and the chairs in the room.

Great place. Staff at check in was very helpful. Be sure to ask for room service if needed if you need to stay more than one night if you need anything. Other than that everything was great.
