The beds were very comfortable. The cleanliness was great upon entering; however, after 2 days, we had to ask about where to empty trash, room needed vacuuming, and had to ask about getting clean towels. The staff was scarce but did answer questions. We did not realize "Microtel" meant everything was on a super smaller scale. The size of the bathroom was ridiculously small; no bigger than a 1/2 bath with a tub/shower. I am not an overweight person but the tub was even small (width) for me. The space between the beds and desk/wall unit was so narrow my husband and I could barely pass each other. It would have been nice to have had information on the TV channels. The "guide" channel was a complete guessing game trying to figure out the networks. The water in the bathroom sink was very warm the first day, but after that we were lucky to get lukewarm water. Our stay was for 4 nights and thank goodness we were only there to sleep, shower and dress and did not use the room during the day.
