Clean and well presented. Staff were pleasant and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was hot and delicious!

Parking lot is not very secure. Inadequate security lighting. Cigarette butts and trash strewn around the rock beds of the exterior. Lobby is dark and gloomy during our nighttime arrival. Both automatic entrance doors were propped open.

I was surprised how this stay went, When I arrived I was not sure if our stay was going to be a good one or not but we woke up refreshed and was given a good breakfast and fast check out. What I didn’t like was my receipt was supposed to be e-mailed to me, here 14 hours later and no receipt….

Stayed one night , chick in staff seemed uninterested in the process and did not give any information as to where thing were in the hotel . Room and halls had a odd smell beds were very soft

This is probably one of the most positive experiences we have at a hotel. Would stay any time we are in Gallup. Great service, great staff, great room, the breakfast was above expectations. So clean! The staff at this hotel deserve acclamades.

Nice place to stay, staff at front desk very accommodating. Breakfast was wonderful, lots of choices. Only complaint is the water pressure in the shower wasn’t very powerful. All staff were friendly and said hello. Would definitely stay there again!

I 70 was closed due to a bad winter storm in colorado. My daughter drovr all the way to new mexico and arrived only 45 min after cancellation policy deadline at out 415pm when cancellation was 330pm... only to find out she was underaged to stay. She had driven hours because I 70 was closed and had to sleep in her car duing the winter storm. Manager would not give 45min grace even though the rate was higher as a fully refundable and no mention of minimum age requirement on the booking site . If you would like to be refunded in my situation avoid staying here.

Best Hotel in Gallup
The only hotel I stay at in Gallup. Rooms are very clean, amenities are great, breakfast in the mornings is fantastic for a free hotel breakfast, service is always friendly I've never had any issue here

I especially appreciated thebathroom having filled bottles of shampoo, conditioner, & body wash available for use. I also liked that the tubs had plastic splash guards to prvent water from getting on the floor. I didn't particlarly like the cheap toilet paper, though, but i can live with it for two nights. Great breakfast choices!

Poor customer service
They don’t have any customer services at all The employees was at lobby eating at breakfast which is for guest only. One house keeper was sleeping at breakfast room. I think is not appropriate to mixed employees and guests tother. The employees need to have their own room to have rest in there own time.

Love this Hotel!
We booked a room that had a sofa bed and our room had an entirely separate lovong room with a full kitchen! Pool was open until 10pm, so kids got to swim, and the breakfast the next morning was the best free breakfast I have ever experienced! What a gem!
