We frequently visit Holiday Inn in Gaffney, SC. The staff is amazing! I so wish that I could remember names but we have met two front desk specialists which we love. They sisters with excellent personalities, great communication skills, and make you feel right at home. When we first arrived, I was awestruck by their outer beauty. After frequenting the property, their amazing job skills matched their beauty. Excellent breakfast and room attendants provide for a comfortable “at home “ feel.

It was convenient to alot of things. We arrived to staff sitting out front smoking on a bench. We were 12 minutes early for a 3 pm checkin. The checkin staff stated we had to wait the 12 minutes. We were told at 3 we could check in. The staff complained to us and other staff in the lobby that the other staff did not leave anything ready for her and than while.getting teady to check us in she left the desk to say she had to help her sister her in her vehicle (the other staff). We checked into the room which was decent except the stains on the floor. I was surprised on how many times the staff was sitting in the lobby talking, eating and complaining at times of lack of supplies like towles for hotel guest the hear. The room we had was suppose to be non-smoking and several times our room smelled of smoke. If I was in a pinch I might stay again but if I can avoid I would.
