"I have now stayed at the hotel 3 times and it seems to have lost its shine a little. 1 of the bars / food outlets that was formally in the building now seems to be closed and the breakfast is lacking for Western style food. It is however extremely clean and tidy with a beautiful pool and gym and rooms are well appointed, it just seems to lack any soul, perhaps being a little too clinical."

"飯店溫泉池多樣化，可惜的是需要額外付費。 透過Hotels.com訂房，明明網站說明是刷卡當預付款，到當地再付現金，結果還是一樣收到信用卡需要付款帳單。又還得再打給Hotel.com的客服專線查詢，這樣的現象太不保障了，萬一沒有查詢的話是不是又多付一筆住宿費了呢？ 住宿時飯店會預收費用，明明網站寫明可以用信用卡過卡，結果櫃台說不行，要不的話就是要再刷一次房費（人民幣7百多）當預收費用，於是只好先預付300人民幣的現金，隔天直接再退費即可，若刷卡的話又要先付款再退費，實在不划算。 總之，多次的國外飯店住宿體驗，只有此家的狀況不符合住宿要求的現象。 "
