Its a great place, but I was traveling with a handicapped woman. Accessible room wa too far from pool and beach, no accesible mat or beach wheel chair. Staff not friendly. Check in guy di didnt know what a beach wheel chair was when I inquired about it.

Property was very nice overall, staff was excellent. We did not have hot water for the shower, but we dealt with lukewarm until it was fixed. Love that they are pet friendly, wish other guests realized vacation is not a place to leave your furbabies locked up alone all day. There is a small pond/water feature to the left of the pool (if facing the beach) that needs to be filled in (with sand) or fixed and filled up with water. Mosquito and noseeum heaven is all it is right now. I'm sure they are working on it, Ian really did a number on the island and you can tell alot of hard work has been put in, and continues. Overall a 9 out of 10.

Property is nicely located with direct access to the beach. The tiki bar is average with super slow service even though it wasn’t busy and the drinks were extremely watered down. The rooms are EXTREMELY BASIC. Don’t forget Any necessities because the front desk has no extra necessities such as toothbrush or toothpaste. I find that crazy given how every bottom of the barrel hotel in the US has like that for people who forget. I’m not sure I’d stay here again given the price and the service was subpar
