Customer service is not to good .Am black and from the Caribbean, and there seems to be a " Peference " by the staff in how they treat their guess .My television was NOT working when i checked in .I reported it .It was not rectified until the following day .It seems to be a " RED CARPET " treatment for " SPANISH " speaking guest .Its VERY SAD " AMERICA is a ENGLISH COUNTRY ,ENGLISH is the language and the SPANISH speaking people seems a bit " racist " towards ANYONE ELSE who are NOT of LATIN decent or speaks Spanish. ESPECIALLY in FLORIDA

Cool laid back place to stay. Very close to beach. Very mini kitchen set up. Kitchen has all you need to make and enjoy meals after you shop for ingredients.
