"We enjoyed our stay at Pierre & Vacances Andorra Bordes d'Envalira. They staff was helpful and friendly. Everything was convenient and the living space was good. There was plenty of room in the main bedroom to store skis and gear. Our main issue was the parking is very tight and not included in the price. If you do park under the property you'll need to go around the block and down a hill to locate it. To leave the parking lot you'll need to scan your pass at the beginning of the exit tunnel. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "Decent family room if you are used to ski resort sizes. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. At least it was quite which makes a change for Andorran lodgings"

"The apartment was comfortable, however a little dark. Close to everything, including ski rentals and the slopes. The parking is terrible, so tiny and hard to park in; even with a small car, it took us half an hour to get it parked and then to take it out. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Qwerky hotel, great rooms.
"Lovely hotel. Bedroom was a good size and beds were very comfy. Bathroom was a little outdated. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was full and couldnt accommodate us for dinner. The rest of the town was quiet so was a struggle to find somewhere. Hotel overall was lovely and good experience."
