I drove half the day and checked in the hotel hoping to get some rest. In the evening the men in the next unit were hanging outside talking, laughing and using a lot of profanity, loudly. The evening desk clerk joined them, using foul language, as well. I turned the TV volume as high as it would go and couldn't drown them out. The next moring I went to the office and asked to be moved to another room. The clerk checked and said the men were checking out that day. In the evening, the same thing. I found the clerk and asked if the morning clerk lied, she said the men checked back in. I told her I can't get any rest and she said she cant control what the guests do outside. I said Ok, I'll call the police. Then she went and talked to the men. Terrible customer service. It didnt help that the mattress had two depressions with no support. I am a Wyndham reward subscriber but may have to stop. Baymont used to be decent hotels compared to other Wyndham units like Days Inn.
