"The apartments were fantastic, a real sense of quality, and even with other rooms around you it felt very private. We opted for a lake view and I'm so glad we did - with panoramic views of the lake from large glass windows/doors. The space itself was excellent with a large living area and a small but useful kitchen area. The accommodation is ideally located for Natura Parc leisure facilities - and whilst they are different organisations it would be good if they had better communication/links...

I have emailed the hotel and they say they haven't received a payment before. They told me to send a proof of payment, which I did. I sent them a detailed receipt but they said it wasn't enough.
