Great rooms, nice and clean. Kitchenette was a great feature. Love the coffee station in the breakfast room but would also like a quicker option when it is busy. It can be a long wait for a coffee.

I liked the pricing, second cheapest pricing is Estevan at 81$ per night for a 1 bed room. The hotel aesthetically doesn’t look to bad either. I didn’t like the strangers hairs on my pillow. The fridge that emits a high pitched noise for 30 mins on and 30 mins off. The mystery stains on the box spring. The shower head and plumbing into the wall was loose. Whoever installed the shower head did a poor job. You can see the teflon tape wasn’t installed properly and was bunched up on the fitting. Overall it was an okay stay. For the price it’s alright however I wouldn’t recommend spending any more that 80$ per night at this hotel. For another 10-20$ you can get a room at the days inn for a better quality sleep.

1. When we checked in the front desk person was talking with a staff member about something (cleaning rooms etc??) while we keep waiting and waiting for check in. She didn’t even acknowledge we were there. Perhaps should have checked Us in first then dealt with staff. 2 got to our room and toilet didn’t flush. Had to be moved to another room 3 moved to another room but had a king size bed but went to 2 queen size beds 4 new room bathroom light on mirror did not work. Just think this hotel needs some staff training and rooms need some tender loving care.

Came here a few weeks ago, and didn't have ALL the same issues, or we would have chosen another place to stay this trip. Room was described online as a "suite"; it was not. No separate sleeping area, just one room including the kitchenette. Had to change rooms, first one we were assigned to had a non-functioning toilet; room we were moved to had a very unpleasant smell that lingered the whole time. Trouble with room access cards that randomly stop working, both this stay and the one before. This time I had to get staff to re-code access cards 3 times before they would work. Issues with using the TV; cable box wasn't connected; TV is attached so close to the wall that one cannot see the back for connectivity, and is unmovable; scraped my arm trying to plug in the HDMI cable (same TV issue last trip, minus injury). Laundry room is permanently closed. No vending machine on the floor. Only one vending machine (with very over-priced options) on the main floor; ICE machine doesn't work at all. "Pantry" space at the reception desk for snacks/simple foods to cook in your room is perpetually empty. (same on last trip). Breakfast is just OK, if you stick to the very limited cereal options, or toasted bread products. Eggs and bacon were decidedly unappetizing. Bananas, but no other fruit option. Juice choice limited and mostly blend drinks with tons of sugar; coffee is undrinkable. Front desk staff were friendly young women, who seemed unsure of how to deal with issues.

The beds were not comfortable, with weird small pillows and not enough of them, thin micro-fibre sheets and very light duvets that didn’t keep us warm. The vending machines and laundry are closed or out of service on all but the main floor, and there was no ice available at all. Breakfast was just OK, not as good as at the Best Western. The way they charged us for our rooms was inconsistent depending on how payment was being made (e.g. one room booked with credit card and one with debit), so the identical booking and room type had two different costs. Both of us had to get our room key-cards re-coded multiple times in a 3-day stay.

Great breakfast in the morning. Courteous staff, immaculate room, all the usual bathroom supplies. The only negative is that the location is rather rugged -- in an industrial area. Very convenient to the highway, but not a place you would enjoy walking around. Perfectly safe -- just a bit dusty.

Room was clean. Was very warm and I couldn’t get the AC to work and the windows didn’t open. Luckily the fan feature worked and it kept me comfortable. Tried to watch TV but channels kept saying need to subscribe and the remote was barely working. Luckily they have good wifi so I watched a movie Jon my tablet. Breakfast was ok. Very basic. Would’ve liked to see some fruit for an option. Staff was friendly. Rooms were quiet, price was good. Overall I’d stay again for sure.

Very clean . Every time we came back from being out the floors were being washed . The rooms are very clean . The room we had was set up with a kitchenette, with everything you would need to light house keep .

Place was easy to find and the staff were kind. The biggest issue I had was the beds were rather hard. Facilities were a bit on the older side, but the cleaning staff tended to everything nicely.

Excellent spacious clean rooms with small kitchen. Friendly staff. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was below average, could be because it was Christmas morning and not many guests in hotel. Would stay again but skip the breakfast.

Very run down and unkept!
This hotel is an embarrassment. The locks on the doors to the room did not work. So they tried to move us to other suites but it was the same issue. It takes 4-7 attempts to get the card to work to gain access to the room. The carpets are filthy and aged, the pillows are coach throw pillows, about 14”x14” and so old and flat it is not even humorous, the grounds are unkept which in an area with deer ticks is not tolerable at all, the mattresses needed to be replaced about 4 years ago, and I not seen a hotel use old computer monitors for TV before. We would sleep in our vehicle before staying at this hotel again. Choice Hotels should evaluate this owner before continuing to allow the Hotel to be called “Quality”.
