We did just receive brand new mattresses in all our rooms, we aim for a medium firmness to try to accommodate all different preferences, we're sorry to hear they were too firm for you liking. We are an older property, like many in Estes but we work hard every off season to make as many updates that we can. We will certainly take extra note in the unit you stayed in to see what we can do to alleviate the issues mentioned.
