"Extremely dirty in our hotel room. Pillow cases stained, washroom was very dirty, mold on shower curtain. Spoke with reception to remedy it 3 times . No change across a 6 night stay. Bed was made once in that time and pillows and sheets weren’t clean after change. Overall would not stay here. Recommend bringing cleaning materials if you end up staying here"

"The staff were very nice and answered all the questions I had. The pool is huge and they have a hot tub. They are updating the hotel now, which is needed. The rooms and decor are very updated. The breakfast was nice and of course we loved the waffle maker. Would definitely stay again and I'm sure it will be better after update. Thank you to the staff for making us feel at home."

"We recently stayed at GrandStay Hotel & Suites for two nights while traveling to Minnesota to photograph a wedding, and I had a wonderful experience. "So if you are a person who can’t walk far distances let them know straight away when you check in, this place is very large and you may have to walk kinda far. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise. Oh and the breakfast was great, I was hoping for pancakes but they were all out of batter. Great place to stay tons of restaurants nearby and close to all major highways. Oh we will be back."

The room was comfortable, the only complaint was a few things regarding the bathroom: sliding door on the bathroom didn't allow for a lot of privacy, and it was very heavy and loud on the track! There was also zero ventilation in the bathroom, which made it temporarily very humid in our room. Otherwise would recommend!"

"Seems as though it were advertised as a Hotel. In reality it’s more of a motel. I’d say it was a clean place to sleep. We didn’t use amenities, if there were any. It took about 10 minutes for someone to come out to the front desk to check us in. They gave us 2 towels for a room with two queen beds. We had to request extra towels for the kids. Don’t expect a continental breakfast or anything like that, but there is a convenient store right across the street and a bar next door. Overall,...
