The property was clean and in great condition. I liked the free daily breakfasts. The staff were friendly and professional. We enjoyed the north central location.

The onsite staff and manager are amazing. The hotel has no soundproofing. The other guests who clearly had no care or concern for others that partied in the halls all hours of the night while on their child’s hockey tournament. Blocking hallways and access to elevators and ignoring staffs requests to vacate areas. Again the staff are amazing.

No herbal tea. The ice machine didn’t work on my floor. The breakfast sausage patties were flavourless. Other than that the stay was good.

Too cold
Clean, modern, comfy bed. Pillows were too soft though. Main complaint: It is January and the room was freezing and the controls on the fan/heater disabled. It was only 64 degrees with a fan blowing air too cool to be comfortable.

This was our first time here. We will definitely come back. The hubs and i jusf went and loved that the pool is heated. We will definitely bring our kids next time. Only downside is no hot tub and the carpet could use an update

Each staff member was excellent. Each and every one very friendly, helpful, and sincere. Kids LOVED the pool and slide. Fitness room was clean, in good shape. State of the art treadmills. Great variety for breakfast.
