Im Zimmer und im ganzen Hotel war es viel zu heiss: Schlafen nur bei offenem Fenster möglich, eine inakzeptable Energieverschleuderung! Zimmer sauber, aber starker Geruch nach vermutlich einem Putzmittel (für den Spannteppich?). Für Wintergäste dürften mehr Kleiderhaken zum Aufhängen von Skianzügen vorhanden sein. Schade, dass im TV ausgerechnet SRF 1+2 nicht empfangen werden."

"Phillip(manager) wasnt open to compromise. made reservation for the apt&tried to cancel. Philip has 30 day cancel policy& I canceled 29 days&18 hours.asked if we could cancel&be charged 1or2 night penalty. He wouldn’t discuss it&said it’s the rule.we ended up going. we are happy as we had a wonderful time in Zermatt. After we had unpacked we find out the oven is broken. "We had a terrible travel problem which caused us to be two days late. The property worked with us to resell the room for one night and stays an extra night on the other end."

"Great location, parking easy. The room snd view are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. I hadnt realised that there would be no maid service, its not a deal breaker. Theres also no shampoo but there is soap and washing up liquid. Again this is fine but just thought some people would like to know what is and isnt included. "
