"I liked the property. I wish they'd make eating accommodations for guest arriving between 4-6pm. Also guest services personnel could use some training on being more helpful when asked questions they dont know how to answer. Other than that it was a good trip."

"Windsong on the Reef was terrific. Not a huge property so it was nice to not feel crowded like some of the other resorts. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Water Boys were also nice and fun to talk to. Our oceanfront suite was very large and open and was updated. I would definitely return to this property. "

"The staff is very friendly and the food taste amazing. The beach ⛱️ was convenient. They had 2 pools (main pool and an adults only quiet pool). Bring bug spray because there was alot of mosquitoes."

"We loved our stay!!! Service/staff was great, rooms were beautiful, spacious and clean, the property is so pretty, the beach was amazing, and the food was excellent! BLT steakhouse is on the property and it was AMAZING! The pools are also really nice but my kids were too big for the kid’s pool (9&12 years old) and you have to be 18 to go in the adult pool so that was the only downfall. I highly recommend it here and would definitely stay again! "

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay at the Shore Club. This resort was elegant and relaxing with breath taking views. The staff was amazing and very helpful with even small requests. Our room was private and luxurious and very quiet. The grounds were extremely well done with multiple scenic pools and a hot tub on the beach. The free buffet breakfast in the courtyard was excellent and a great way to start the day. We travel alot and this was one of the most well run hotels I've seen in a long time....

"From the time we got there they brought us cold rags and nice drink check in was fast they took our bags to our room walk us through everything and they all Was very nice they have e-bikes which was so fun always wanting to ride did that and love it..I will stay here again"

"Here in the States, we call this a motel because all of the rooms are accessible from the outside. With that being said, this was by far the best value to me and my wife while staying in Turks and Caicos. The room was clean and had a very comfortable back patio with seating for about 4 people facing the pool area with lush green vegetation. There were a few lizards roaming about but they don't really bother you. I found it cool that the room required us to insert the room card into a slot in...

"Ms. Rhonda was very sweet and helpful. She gave us a tour around the property and answered any questions we had. Our room was on the pool level so we were able to see the ocean directly across the street from the property. The view there was amazing. They also have a breakfast spot that serves breakfast all day until 9 pm, the omelette was great. They also have a restaurant and bar called Simone’s and a spa. I will definitely stay here again "
