"We had a execllent stay at Oasia Hotel Novena Singapore. Inspite the influx of guests during our stay, the staff managed it well. They were really attentive and showed so much care to their guests. The hotel offers a number of amenities, and the rooms were spotless clean from the bedsheets to the bathroom. The coffee pods and tea bags were regularly replenished. "Nice basic hotel by the Singapore river. Staff were friendly, though the process there is very automated (love it or hate it, I personally am a fan), there is still some discretion. The "loft" style rooms are a bit divisive, I thought they were okay for one person but if it had been two of us staying there, it would for example have been a bit annoying to get out of bed on one side."
