"Generally a great hotel and I was very grateful to the man who helped me get a taxi at short notice to fit my snowboard, but I was very disappointed to learn the spa isn’t available at all times and you have to book in advance and pay to use it. "This hotel is in a great location. The standard room is very small. We could not use the the closet unless we moved furniture. There was no storage space not even a hook to hang a coat . The bed was comfortable but one of us had to climb in cause it was up against a wall. Our only issues were that we were there 2 nights and both times our key cards did not work.
