"The rooms smell awful. The staff (especially the older restaurant staff) is rude and waits for tips without earning it. The receptionists were nice though! This five star hotel does NOT provide laundry services. They said it’s because they are really busy but the hotel was empty so that doesn’t add up. The housekeepers were always visible. Wonderful stay
"The hotel is very nice, clean and close to the airport. The shuttle was on time and efficient. The only thing is the entrance to the Hotel is a little hard to spot. We went right past it and it’s a big loop and a little tricky to get back to. I would look at street view online so you know what to look for "
