"The staff was excellent, but unfortunately the room was disappointing. The bed was comfy but the comforter was dirty (stained) the bathroom didn’t look clean, the soap dispensers were broken. We did get 2 bar soaps from the front desk. The towels had hair on them and there was hair all over the bathroom. On the plus side the food at the restaurant was VERY good! "We had a problem with our a/c. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our stay. I would recommend and if I visit Old San Juan again I would definitely stay here. It was quiet, clean and they have jacuzzi’s on the rooftop along with stone baths on the rooftop. "
