"Nice rooms, excellent service of everyone but specially the bell boy (I think is name was Gregory or something like that) on our last day there was a parade and ghe hoober couldnt come to the hotel, he came with us with all our luggage to the meeting point and after a few minutes came back to check that we were ok. Breakfast was also excellent"

"Typical but very nice airport hotel. Clean, comfy beds, excellent breakfast. This is the best Courtyard Marriott I've ever been to. My only complaint is that you can't request Uber/Bolt to pick you up at the front door of the hotel because of some strange airport regulations. "

"Hotel is ideally situated for getting about Krakow on foot, yet not too far from tram and bus stops. They're just a few minutes walk away. Even though our room overlooked the square, at night time it wasn't too noisy. Our pillows were too soft for us and it was no issue for the staff to change them. Breakfast was buffet style and a hot menu was available, mostly eggs (cooked various ways) sausages and pancakes. We had a jacuzzi bath in our room but it took the best part of an hour to fill up!...

"Loved our stay at the hotel! Everything was so lovely! The room was large, beds comfortable, bathroom great. The breakfast was so good - making anything you wanted /needed. The next door/in house restaurant was great- and also filled with local people. The staff were so friendly. Location wize - spot on everything in old-town. At the same time it was so quiet - sleeping with window open caused no problem. Å I hope to return to your hotel in the future! "
