"Not luxurious but a clean and convenient hotel close to railway station with easy access to the city centre. A little noisy at night if your room is along the street but not a big issue. Beds very comfortable and lovely hot showers after a long day sightseeing. Bar and cafe area good for a drink, coffee or snack. Would recommend. "

"This was my 2nd time to Tromso,the last being in November of last year. On both occasions I chose a Clarion Hotel, two next to each other. Whilst this one did not have views from the rooms looking out to the Artic Cathedral this did not matter. The hotel was only a few steps away from the harbor. Whilst all the staff I met were very welcoming the young female Filipino on the front desk went the extra mile sourcing a plug to fit my uk items. She is a credit in providing excellent customer service...
