"Happy stay"

"An experience I say was one of the best in 45yrs+ traveling. Valet greeted with a sincere welcome totaly took care of us, I had recent foot surgery, but he didn’t know untill he started helping us, When he did He called me a wheelchair then A Bellhop to handle our luggage then tells us there's no charge! I thought that was a thing of the past even in las vegas. For check-in, I'm wheeled in front of literally 35+people. Quickly get a great room then to the elevator, doesn't let anyone else on uses his card to do a non-stop ride, gets us in the room, the Bellhop gets there & says oh man you guys beat me here, it was like he so wanted our things in the room before we got in, but there was no way he could because everyone was so on it, everything happened so quick and smoothly. He is soo great putting all our luggage and shopping bags wherever we wanted them. The great thing about all this is I felt you didn’t just do it because you had to or where supposed too, it was like having friends helping us out! I'm telling you, you all killed it!! This is an experience I will keep sharing over and over. I hope you all never lose your great attitudes! May I say whomever is managing this facility deserves credit because in all my years in busines this type of service does not happen by chance it starts at the top. To my new friends at the Sahara Las Vegas, Thank you soo very much! You made the start of my 45th wedding ann. Trip an unforgettable experience. (I had to cut out Alot 2 fit)"

"Clean rooms, very pleasant staff at registration, essentials shop, pool bar..pool ambiance is very nice, relaxing and a lot of available free lounge chairs "

"Excellent hotel close to the spear and in the middle of the strip. Lots of things to do in the resort you really never have to leave. If you are coming to see the spear ask for a spear view room and there is a walkway. Food court was has decent selection and plenty of restaurants to choice for if you want a more formal dining experience. "

"I was pretty upset that a maintenance worker told us that the slides at the pool were only open on the weekends then after we changed and drove by, we saw people walking up the stairs to the slides. We would have spent hours longer there had my kids been able to ride the water slides.."

"Great hotel loved the location room clean but no maid service at all !!! We asked maids for new towels everyday , but they should clean the room daily without asking , only 3 nights do I didn’t care but for that money it should be done everyday "

"Very well organized, fantastic pool areas, lobby that rivals Bellagio despite being family oriented. "

"We enjoyed staying at the Flamingo. Our room was nicely decorated and clean. We loved the Habitat area and enjoyed the location and the Promenade. We ended up spending a good deal of time there. Our only complaint was that the pool was really cold and we couldn't swim. Not a huge deal as there are so many things to do. We will definitely stay again when we return!"
