"The hotel lobby and grounds are beautiful. The staff was very courteous and kind! Our room was on the bottom floor Our room had a mild damp smell, and the carpet felt damp to walk on. The air conditioner helped, but was turned off whenever we went out. That being said, the room was a good size, with a refrigerator. We had a patio and the bed was comfortable. I would request a room on a different floor, if I were to make reservations again. There are 80 steps up from the hotel to the road. This...

"Fabulous hotel. 2 blocks from excellent restaurants! Staff, room, breakfast - wow - over the top for a breakfast included hotel. Have already told friends and family and will stay again! "

"Building work in front of hotel was a bit of an eyesore however I do appreciate this is only a temporary situation. Tiles In corridor on floor 3 needed some attention as well. However overall I enjoyed the experience at the grand !"
