Malaysia Hotels with Airport Shuttle

"The sheets were stained, the checkin staff were uncommunicative, the room smelled of smoke, and there were limited dining or shopping options. We tried to get food delivered by Grab, but even that was canceled by the restaurant. Our room key stopped working for no reason and we had to get it fixed. "Firstly, if you read that this hotel has a free shuttle from the airport, don’t believe it (like I did before I booked based on it). There is no shuttle and this is false advertising. Secondly, if you write to them via Expedía, other than them telling you there is no shuttle, you won’t get any response to questions about taxis or any other forms of transport to get there. I tried three times with no reply. My advice is to download the Grab app (I read they took over Uber here) then use it with...

"Newish hotel with restaurant but not much nearby apart from the beach. The restaurant offered little choice for dinner but breakfast was eggs, baked beans and toast. The shower was good but there could have been more storage space in the bathroom. There was a balcony but it was of little use. The mattress on the bed squeaked every time someone moved. The good thing was the free shuttle to the airport in the morning which was the main reason I booked the hotel."

"The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are spacious and clean. However, slippers are not provided. On the bright side, the pool is excellent, complete with fun slides. The hotel's location is convenient, just a 10-minute walk from the Twin Towers in KLCC. Plus, there's a Starbucks within a one-minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel."
