There was some slight difficulty with communication regarding the airport shuttle so it’s important to turn your phone on right when you land. Also, the front desk is staffed by the apartment complex and communication with hotel staff is done on WhatsApp. When breakfast is included in the stay it’s brought to your room"

"I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. Free shuttle to and from the airport. wifi was extra fast except during the storm hours. clean and comfortable rooms. Breakfast food is also excellent. Location is great as well, 6 minute to the airport and near major embassies and museums and city center, very safe."

"When I arrived nobody was at reception or anywhere. I selected my own my room after 10 minutes of trying to find someone. Lights constantly flickered, no drinking water, no towel, no soap. Breakfast was disgusting and they only take cash payment. Which was not written anywhere."
