Also, the front desk is staffed by the apartment complex and communication with hotel staff is done on WhatsApp. When breakfast is included in the stay it’s brought to your room"

"The room looked like it has not been used for a while. The fridge was dirty we had to use antibacterial wipe to clean inside. There were no towels and no soap, when I asked I was told all the towels have been washed.The bathroom was not clean, towel holder was broken. There was no water on second day"

"I wasted about $21 extra as Uber fee just looking for the place and never found the location. I had to go for different place to sleep. I wonder if you guys are real. There's no number to call for help. I believe this hotel is a scam. No one should try it"

"fast wifi, hotel room was a suite configuration, comfortable. quiet and clean. the restaurant food was excellent, half of the food was Chinese. In a very safe and quiet neighborhood. Offer free airport shuttle, will be back again on Wednesday before flying to Osaka on Friday. really like the hotel."
