"There for 4 days and never cleaned the room once. Last day upon checkout housekeeping finally came but before checkout and walked in without knocking to myself undressed. I was right next to the door so didn’t miss a knock. Just walked right in door open for all to see."

"Loved the location by the entrance to the Chatelet les Halles underground station and Westfield Forum shopping centre. So easy to get around Paris from here. Just 8 minutes by RER train from Gare du Nord. 3 minutes by train to Galeries Lafayette or half hour walk. The area is vibrant - lots of restaurants/bars. Shopping centre good. So close to the Louvre and easy to walk to Notre Dame, Bourse du Commerce museum etc. Recommend walking to Place des Vosges. There’s a lovely route there with shops...

"We loved the location and the quiet. We were three so the suite style set up gave us much needed room-with a wonderfully spacious bathroom! The only thing we missed was no restaurant for early coffee or breakfast/just a coffee machine in the lobby.They did not have updated coffee machines in the room which made it feel a bit/ little outdated with old coffee pots being provided. "The room was small but perfectly adequate. Kitchen is OK, good microwave. Plenty of utensils though luckily I am tall as everything was in a high cupboard. Very nice little patio outside and the hotel is a short walk to both a Carrefour supermarket and Gold Beach. Good choice."

"Stayed with my sister in a twin room. Our room was out of the way on the top floor, which meant we didn't hear any other guests moving around. However it was still quite noisy at night as the hotel is situated by a busy square full of bars and shops. The location was excellent, 30 second walk to the métro Station which is served by multiple lines. It is also next door to a shopping centre with a big supermarket which is great for an apparthotel.
