"I love-love-LOVED this property! There were many places to eat and drink. No reservations for any of the restaurants except for the Hibatchi restaurant SPICE...but there were still table seating without a reservation. I liked that the dress code for each dining facilty required men to wear a shirt with sleeves. It gave the atmosphere sophistication. There were no lONG lines anywhere. Alcohol was on point. The property is beautiful. Plenty of lounge chairs and areas. We were never left without somewhere to lay. The water was beautiful and the bech was clean. At times the water was a little rough. *I think the beach could use more life guards* I only saw one each day and he never sat at his post. So I would only go knee deep into the water. The rooms were pretty good. However there needs to be alittle updating to the showers. The air conditioning in the room was good, however it could have used some sort of fresh scenting or dehumidfying. All my clothes reeked of musky room smell and my bathing suits would never dry. We had a problem with our bathtub. Management jumped right on it and had it serviced and fixed right away. "Queen" Elizabeth and Miguel compensated my husband and I for the inconvenience with a Beautiful Dinner at one of the PREMIER Restaurants that evening. Now that to me is FIRST TIER customer service. My husband and I visited Excellence in early June and during the week. This is an all adult all inclusive property. Very laid back and chill. "
