"This may be one of the finest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff bent over backwards to make us happy. The day we checked in, the clerk noticed on my passport that it was my birthday. She was charming wishing me a happy birthday. Then two minutes after entering our room, she called to make sure everything was ok. Decent Airport Hotel
"Debated giving 4 stars but decided to round up to 5. Aside from the room itself being cramped and expensive for the size due to being located at the airport, the CitizenM has other good things going for it that more than make up for the downsides: good food at the restaurant and not too expensive, very friendly and helpful staff, and a nice main floor to relax on all help keep that rating boosted. The room was still very well maintained and very clean. However, next time I’d probably stay further away from the airport for both a bigger room and cheaper price. "
