Thanks for your feedback Steffani. First of all, you said there was no hot water. You were turning the shower handle the wrong way. Secondly, you said the fridge wasn't cooling. You had unplugged the fridge to plug your phone in. Then you said the AC wasn't cooling. You had it on fan instead of cool. You said the lights weren't working. Maintenance went to the room and turned the switch on. The lights worked. Housekeeping went to your room to clean whatever you said was dirty. The housekeeper recleaned everything to please you but said there was nothing wrong. As for the elevator, you called front desk saying you were stuck on the elevator. The front desk clerk walked over, pushed the button and the elevator opened right up. The problem was that you hadn't pushed the floor you were going to. Next time push 8 for floor 8, 7 for floor 7, etc..

Our free continental breakfast consists of yogurt, pop tarts, fruit cups, muffins, cereal, oatmeal, breakfast bars, milk, juice and coffee.
