The staff were super friendly and helpful which made our check-in smooth. They asked all our questions patiently (staff could speak english or they try their best to) and helped us store our delivered luggages directly to our room.
The room itself was okay. It was a little dusty especially the air conditioner vents (yes it was very visible) and they only had 1 pillow per bed.
Convenience wise, it was a 10 minute walk to Shin-Imamiya station East Exit entrance (the station itself is in the Osaka loop line so it was convenient to go to Osaka station and USJ!)
Overall the stay was worth it for the price.

We really enjoyed this hotel. The breakfast buffet has a lot of options and I was impressed with the food quality. The train station is next door and the entrance to the park a short 2 min walk. Great hotel!
