There is no one at reception and was very difficult to communicate with. The room smelt like cigarette smoke. Very dated and not very clean.

The room was spacious which was a plus too far from town to comfortably walk Generally the place had a tied feel with minimal maintenance obviously carried out. The rate was cheap and therefore should not have high expectations

Disappointing
Very dated and cold premises. Told on arrival we couldn't turn the heater on until after 4pm (in the winter!) then the TV had such poor reception it couldn't be watched. Ended up watching the women's football world cup on my phone, very disappointing, couldn't wait to leave. Will not stay there again.

NOT a DELUXE room. VERY NOISY ROOM. Why would you put people with little kids in the rooms above other guests???? And the stupid parents stand out side taking as loud as half the night while their kids run an jump in the room, terrible don't stay

Good value for money motor in Cooma area, closed to those big name fast food restaurant. Room is clean and staff friendly. The heater inside the room is very warm.

Location was good, not too far from town and room was spacious with kettle toaster microwave and iron. However the bathroom had clearly not been cleaned, shower was covered in hair and the wifi and television didn’t work. Heating was only accessible after 4pm.

My first time staying in this hotel and I really loved it. It’s very close to all the shops and everything you need. The rooms were very warm and comfortable. Lots of parking. Definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Our room should be condemned. Unsafe power fixtures hanging from the roof; show curtin was dirty; tiles falling off; smoke alarm was hanging; carpet was greasy; whole place had a feeling of a lack of care.

3 off us there was only 1 bowl- knife-fork-spoon , had a mouse in the room which seemed to be living behind the fridge by 5he amount of mouse droppings around it

The reception area was a mess with entrance to the restaurant closed off. Hard to find anyone. Bedroom section of room was clean and comfortable and had obviously been renovated. The bathroom had not but was clean. No restaurant meant no breakfast so we purchased items down the street but there was no cutlery or crockery in the room. Why have a toaster and microwave for guest use but have no cutlery or crockery? A little disappointing.

Good- Towels, the kitchenette equipment, shower pressure. Helpful staff when arranging late arrival. Adequate - the bed and bedding (sheets & blankets) Bad - TV didn’t work, aircon/heater complex with no instructions, electrical sockets/switching looked archaic, reception after 7pm was a phone number, decor very dated and in places shabby, inside and out. Bathroom not fully clean. Paid low price in low season and just about acceptable. Money seems to have spent on purple lighting on main building, not on modernising the rooms. The towels WERE fluffy though…

Room sleeps 6, there was 2 cups 3 glasses and 1 fork. $400 per night? Restaurant closed. Other than than it was quiet, comfortable and convenient.

Very happy
I was very happy with the comfort of the bed, the lovely hot shower and clean fluffy towels every day. And it was a lovely surprise to find a toaster and a microwave in the room. The owner was cheery and very hard working over this busy Easter weekend.
