The beds were lumpy, the pool was not cleaned the entire time we stayed, the room services cleaners refused to provide us with enough towels, pillows or blankets, the front desk staff was rude and not hospitable. They refused to let us check in on time and instead said the website is wrong and check in wasn’t until 3pm. The garbage’s in the lobby and pool area were not emptied our entire stay and the breakfast area was full of flys, dirty floor and full trash cans

The staff was rude and lacked professionalism. The pool and dinning area were disgusting. The pool was unsafe with chipped tiles throughout the entire pool area. The bathroom garbage in the pool and dinning area remained full the entire time we stayed (3days). The pool did not have any towels which required we used our room towels for wait 20 minutes for staff at the front desk to show up and provide us with towels. Our room was not serviced although we requested it multiple times. We also requested more towels and clean sheets which were not supplied until we hunted down a room service worked and requested them face to face. The staff was not polite and acted as though our requests for clean towels and blankets was out of pocket. I would not recommend staying here and would instead suggest looking elsewhere.

Good potential there just not as clean as expected. Paint in room 109 was sagging due to humidity and no bathroom fan. Paint splatters everywhere and chairs have seen better days. Pool… it’s a pool, needs some work, and clean up. There was a clump of hair floating around and didn’t look like it had been vacuumed or cleaned in a week. All in all needs attention to detail and cleanliness.
