I always read all the reviews before booking any hotel and I was hesitant at the beginning because I can't believe it :-) but I decided to give it a try and my stay was excellent, clean and sharp renew building I was Impressed and more impressed with the price very affordable for an Hotel In the Heart of the city I just love it!! and also they have complimentary breakfast sandwich and coffee that was awesome, Keep up the wonderful job and congratulations for such an amazing place to stay in the heart of the city. Thanks again.

We had a great stay! The room was nice and clean, the bed was comfy and the breakfast sandwich in the AM was the icing on the cake. Would stay again, highly recommend!

Newly renovated motel with a cafe in the lobby which is serving good coffee ( free sandwich for breakfast). The shower pressure was great, and it was so satisfying. The staff ... was not so friendly, for some reason. It could have been a perfect stay in Columbus.

Interesting that there is a coffee shop inside the motel office. Not surprising that the corporation is trying to wrong as much work out of its staff as possible.

The hotel is everything people said in other reviews. Easy check in, nice rooms, close to OSU (about 8 min drive). Good price. Quiet rooms.

The room was nicely appointed and clean. We had everything we may expect in a nice hotel room including microwave, refrigerator, hairdryer, steamer, coffee machine. Very nice shower and comfy beds. Complementary cup of coffee and freshly made sandwiches in the morning. Will gladly stay again.

Great location, friendly staff, very clean rooms. But, no ability to check luggage before check-in or after check out which created a major issue. Never stayed at a property that did not have this option.

Some construction going on around the property but the hotel rooms themselves were very very nice. I had no problem with them and the staff at the coffee shop and the breakfast meal and the check-in. They were very very nice. I would definitely stay there again The beds are a little bit high but very comfortable and a walk-in shower was very nice. Dog friendly. My beagle loved it

The free coffee and breakfast sandwiches were a good value. Highly recommend the Sausage & White Cheddar. The proximity to the train tracks was a bit of a shock and definitely prohibited solid sleep.

Wasn’t sure what to expect, but honestly was very pleased with our stay! The staff was very friendly, and accommodating. The room was clean, really enjoyed the shower and it was a quiet area. Convenient access to lots of good food and shopping but not too close to busy areas. All-around great affordable stay, highly recommend.

If you want easy access for your room to car, this place is a great place to stay! The rooms are clean and efficient with a small fridge to keep drinks cold, a Keurig with a couple of pods for morning coffee. Vinal flooring ensures rooms are clean. Comfortable bedding and a nice sized TV for the room. Staff is amazingly kind and friendly!

Neat place to stay! All staff members were very friendly. Our only complaint was no curtains on the windows. The blinds were enough to allow privacy, but not enough to keep light out, so it was very bright all night long.

Super cute! We stayed for a concert in the city and it was super easy to get to the arena and back! Very clean and friendly staff. I paid 1/3 of the price of the downtown hotels and feel like I got the same service and room as the $350 hotels.

Nice rooms. Looks like it should be the trap but it’s not! The rooms are nice and modern looking. Bathroom nice. Shower nice. Could be cleaned a little better around outside on floor and little water damage on ceiling but overall great room especially for price and location. Weird thing is you check in inside the coffee shop, but it smells wonderful in there! Very nice staff

My only complaint is that the nightlight in my room had its cover scratched off, so it was very bright all night. But its such a unique motel! You check in at a coffee shop! Its really cute and i will probably stay here again if i ever need to be in the area again

There was a mix up with my check-in, apparently I had already checked in when I arrived. Which was odd as I had just arrived from Tennessee. Then I was given keys to an already occupied room.I booked a king bed room and ended up in a double bed room. Other than this I would happily stay with them again.
