Staff were always kind and very attentive! Anytime I needed anything they were always right there. This is the only hotel I will stay at when needing to stay overnight in the area.

All I can tell you is, if you don't know Columbus, OH, this is in a "bad" part of town. There is a Dollar store and a pawn shop close by, and other local businesses had bars on the window, if that tells you anything. Parking lot was small, awkward and in disrepair. Shady people hanging out by the entrance. I didn't even go in, just drove away and found another hotel far, far away.

It was very clean, staff was friendly..it was however, a bit unsafe as a door to the outside was left open. Someone was knocking at the door in the very early am. There also seem to be a lot of movement in the hallway after 1am.

We arrived late and the check in was very smooth. We were going to use the WiFi but the lady forgot to give us the info and the room phone did not work. The room was clean, refrigerator worked great. Great room for what we needed.

Not just the front reception, but the entire hotel smelt of fresh smoked marijuana. The hotel stunk. The room itself was clean but nothing fancy or nice. The 70” TV power cable hung down the wall like a student residence at university or college. My wife said that if I was not there with her she would not stay there. For a large Hotel chain, I was quite surprised by the unprofessional first impression of this property as I have stayed at many La Quinta Inns over the past years. This one in Columbus Ohio was poorly managed. I would not stay here again with so many other options available. Too Bad. :(

The stay was nice. The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. It’s quiet around there and the staff was nice. Breakfast was pretty good too. The only issue is they didn’t have an iron in the room and we had to ask for one. Also, we asked for extra towels but never received the extras.

My son and I work two different shifts we were planning on renting a hotel room for 3 weeks while our new place was finished by contractors. Because we work two different shifts one of us was asleep at all points during the day... The cleaning lady proceeded to tell me she would be entering my room to take my do not disturb off the door and she needed to inspect it etc it was literally the worst experience of my life. After leaving there the credit card that I use was hacked and money was stolen. thank goodness for Chase they put it back. I do not recommend this hotel at all. My car was damaged while in their parking lot, the breakfast was reheated from the day before and the sausage patties could have been used for skeet shooting. They are rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. My last day there that was prepaid for, they told me I could not extend that day, because I had turned down their room service. Completely ignorant people

The bed had a huge dip in it. Like it was like laying on two different elevations. The shower ceiling was falling. Sheets dirty with hair. Towels were dirty. They did switch out my room which was more maintained. The bed was good. Shampoo, soap, and lotion was great. Dove. I needed to study because I had a state test in the a.m. could not study because of the room across from me. They were arguing, TV was up loud all night. Baby crying a good part of the night. The lady was arguing with the man because the baby was hungry and he wouldn’t give her money for food for the baby. After I heard that I reported it to the front desk. So for about two hours the baby was calm after the front desk made contact with the room. Not the hotels fault there. Very stressful worrying about the baby and the man cussing and yelling because the front desk was made aware. I wanted to ask for a new room but the front desk was fed up with me.

The surrounding area was pretty run down and not the greatest, but the hotel itself was spotless! I was super nervous reading the reviews, but I’m glad I didn’t cancel my reservation! The staff was so amazing and kind and helpful. It was a great stay!

I loved the price! The bathroom looked remodeled and modern! All Dove products were provided! People gave low rating for ridiculous reasons. If you have specific concerns like you must have a swimming pool or an elevator then go somewhere else or call ahead of time. Other amenities were the king sized bed - there were six soft pillows! There was no carpet in the room so I know the floor was clean! There was coffee, tea, and hot chocolate packets left out all day and night plus what they provided in your room. you had control of your temp, cable, internet, microwave, computer, and even a printer yet people complained because they had to walk a few steps to get ice. It was very clean room. There were also plenty of options for breakfast. This was my first time staying at this hotel and I would book here again as the price is very reasonable and worth it!
