Staff was great, hotel was busy for the Rolling Stones concert. Loved the shuttle that they provide, Tiger was great. Will stay there again!

Well located to the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame & downtown sites. This hotel is overpriced & under deliveries. It’s tired & riding on the Hilton name & waterfront location. Very disappointed; guest parking charges & no complimentary breakfast.

I chose this hotel for its proximity to the football stadium. The hotel is older but clean and the room was comfortable and quiet. The only problem was the card key for the room also used to enter and leave the hotel. The card often didn’t work and had to be replaced.

We stayed on top floor, 18 levels high. We were disappointed that the view was marred by the extremely filthy windows. Also, the breakfast buffet, that is typically complimentary at other hotels, was $$$ here.I will say the staff was friendly and helpful.

The first room had hair all over the bathroom and the wallpaper was fallong off the wall so we asked for a new one. Second one was cleaner but still dirty. Cob webs by the windows. The beds were awful, slanted toward the headboards and like plastic. We checked out a day early
