The staff were lovely and were working hard to make the stay right. Unfortunately the first room I stayed in had very visible stains on both the chairs and the office chair was broken and listing to one side. If they missed these very visible signs it made me cringe the rest of my stay. I was moved to a different room which was better but I didnt sleep great wondering if they cut corners. This hotel houses plenty of blue collar workers who were all pleasant and quiet but I wonder if that's why they tried to put me in a room like that originally. We all deserve better.

Hotel is dated and needs lots of work . The hallways are filthy and rooms feel like a camp accommodation. Stove didn’t work and A/C didn’t work , room was 25 degrees and couldn’t cool it down. Shower water pressure was amazing, but water from the sink tasted like moldy dirt. Staff is friendly

Shower curtain was 18inches short and every shower resulted in flooding the bathroom dead Beatles and some odd hairs in the bathroom . No weekly rates offered and Expedia was cheaper then booking directly with the hotel. Breakfast was not good very limited no yogurt or cereal dairy options at all no muffins seemed like might be a mouse problem lower levels stairs and halls had mouse poison traps and sound makers .

Great stay for its price! The room was clean and breakfast was excellent. Only downside is that it is a bit far from the city downtown and not many dinning options around

The price was good and the property was okay. Things had signs up saying out of order, instead of being repaired. Lots of lights burned out. I booked a one bed room and they didn’t have a cot available for my son, so we had to buy an inflatable and a sleeping bag for the weekend. The gym could be cleaner. Staff were friendly and accomodating when possible . Breakfast was good and area clean.

I had an issue with my TV not working. I called the front desk and the lady was at my door in minutes. Unfortunately the TV wouldn’t work and she was all set to get me another room but I politely declined. Funny thing, it helped me sleep a lot better. I’m one of those who watches and all of a sudden it’s 2am. The staff here are always nice and helpful, because of that it’s the only place I stay when going through Grande Prairie. I’m sorry I don’t remember the great lady’s name that helped me that night but the customer service there is top notch!

Some of the upholstered furniture needs cleaning and some walls need paint but otherwise all in good condition. Breakfast was great first day but the substitution of egg rolls for scrambled eggs was not to my liking second morning. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

It looks like a new build ..bur everything inside is run down. Walls with paint coming off. Hotel room doors are dirty to look at..the coffee stand in the lobby is dilapidated..theres signs hung everywhere (printed and laminated) .. The room was ckean.

If you like the smell of pot stay here
The entire place smells like weed, and that’s totally not my thing. The bathroom wasn’t very clean either, but it was centrally located and the free breakfast was decent. It was cheap enough that you get what you pay for.

The hotel isn’t new by any means and has some wear and tear. The public areas and the room were clean and the staff was courteous. They put on a good breakfast compared to many other hotels I have stayed at so they get top marks for that.

The room was bright and appeared freshly painted, the bed was white and very clean, the bathroom was also very clean with clean white towels. most things worked well. However, the bathtub and sink water drains were slow and need a plumbing check. There was no coffee pot on the coffee machine.
