"Overall this was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful. Besides the Incheon memorial there’s not a lot to do in this area. Lots of traffic . Lots of restaurants. My only complaint concerning the hotel is the lack of adequate WiFi . Hit and miss at best. Neither did google maps aide me in getting around. Would only suggest public transportation routes, not walking routes. I didn’t get a chip for my phone. That may help. I got no phone reception on the street. Anywhere in Incheon. "

"Clean room, excellent location, helpful staff who attends to my concerns/issues quickly. Automated $ changing machine in the lobby. Airport transfer was easy to book at the kiosk in the lobby. It would be nice if massage chairs are provided. ENA did not disappoint us and its the 2nd time we are staying there. It would the place to stay in Seoul....5 mins walk to Namdaemun Market and about 15 mins walk to Myeondong. "
