"I was extremely disappointed with this property. This has been the first disappointing experience in my 2 month’s long trip in Korea. When I arrived to check in, the staff was very disorganized and they didn’t even know I was coming. They kept asking for my reservation number. The location was a little challenging without a car because there was no taxis in the area and one must rely on public transportation. This is fine if you don’t have much luggage.
